About the Event
During this one hour workshop, tweens (9-12 yrs old) will breathe, stretch, journal, and create a yoga flow with Colleen. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat and water bottle, although a sanitized mat may be provided, if needed. A journal and writting utensil will be provided for them to keep. Covid curtesy: Please wear masks to mats, then they may be removed, with parent permission. $25/tween Payments may be made day of event in person via cash/Venmo/Paypal or pay online by going to the ¨Shop¨ above in the toolbar.
